DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Change of mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully prior to checkout. 

Digital downloads

Due to the instant nature of our digital downloads, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on digital products. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so that we may try to assist you. 

Faulty products

Products sold through our website are quality checked prior to dispatch. In the rare and unfortunate event you receive a faulty item, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

When we use the word 'faulty', this means any manufacturing defects pursuant to the manufacturer's warranty. For example, a misbound book or pages misprinted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately, we cannot provide free return shipping on international orders other than those faulty by manufacturing defect. The costs incurred for return shipping, customs, import fees and taxes will be at the customers expense. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
